With most employers requiring resume writing for a period of six months, it is essential that the resume be written in such a way that it can be checked for accuracy. What this means is that the resume must be well organized. By organizing the resume, it is possible to see if there are any misspellings, missing words or incorrect formatting.It is also important to check that the resume is free from grammatical errors. This means that the resume should be grammatically correct and that all capital letters should be included at the beginning of the resume. A section is also required where the prospective employer can be contacted for clarifications.Since resumes have become the norm in the workplace, it is important that the hiring manager has an accurate idea of who is going to be hired and what they will be expected to do. These are just a few of the banned words which should be eliminated from the resume, but it is highly important that an employer be able to weed out the good from the bad, and find a qualified candidate that will fit in the work environment the company is looking for.
